Writting Slow food VS. Fast Food
When I wake up I always drink a Hershey chocolate mil. Then I wait till 11 o´clock to eat again at school. For lunch I eat a sandwich and drink a bottle of water. Although the sandwich is the most common lunch, I don’t get sick of them because my mother prepares them with different things. One day it can have chicken, another day steak, or maybe ‘al pastor’ steak.
For the main meal I try to eat something balanced, such as meat with rice, two pieces of chicken, spaghetti, soup and sometimes pizza when my mother doesn’t have time to cook.
Most of the times, I don’t really care about how many calories I consume for each thing I eat, however I assume that I should do it to care my body. We usually eat at home. It’s very rare that we go to eat somewhere else, but I’m not mad about it because I like a lot my mom’s cooking.
Finally, for dinner I eat a bowl of cereals or a slice of bread with a glass of milk, but sometimes when we don’t eat well in the meal, we ask a pizza or tacos al pastor.
Well, I can say that I never eat fast food because it’d be a lie, but I think that we should combine these two different kinds of food. First, when we eat at a fast food restaurant we support the economy because they are also a source of employment, the same for the slow food restaurants. But we mustn’t let that the slow food disappear because it’s part of our culture.
Food service at my school
La Salle is considered one of the best schools of Guerrero, if not the best, but not for the meals that they offer in their cafeterias. The quality of the food is very poor because no one examines it. Lately, it has been getting worse, but that’s not a reason to stop increasing the prizes. Those who don’t bring something cooked from home have the necessity to buy there if they’re too lazy to walk to the Elementary school where you can buy better food. Unfortunately, I have had the misfortune of eating there and I feel happy of being alive to tell about it. It’s something that I would prefer not to remember, but I can say that I don’t have the desire to eat there again. I prefer to eat something cooked by mom.

My education
My education
I am originary from acapulco Guerrero, Acapulco. I've always lived here, I really enjoy acapulco.
I started kindergarten when I was 3, and I had a lot of issues because when I was little I was a very hiperactive child and I kearned how to speak when I was 2, so when I entered kindergarten I talked to all the kids and I got no response.. I got really sad .. Later I got that kids were too small to answer to me.
When I started elementary school I was 6. I entered colegio Mac Gregor, it is a very good school and I learned a lot of things bust mostly my ability to speak fluid english.
Middle school I also spent in Mac gregor , those were for sure the best 3 years of my life, no pressure, just fun, plus... School was really easy. I had a great time, but I definitively wish that I had studied a bit more since when I entered highschool I was really missing some important knowledge.
For highschool I entered la salle, and it was the nest thing I could do I really liked and learned a lot! I'm so glad the way my life has turned out,- don't think it could be any better.

Philanthropy
Philanthropy
Definition
Philanthropy etymologically means "the love of what it is to be human". In modern practical terms, it is "private initiatives for public good, focusing on quality of life".
It is generally agreed that the word was coined 2500 years ago in ancient Greece by the playwright, Aeschylus, or whoever else wrote Prometheus Bound (line 11). There the author told as a myth how the primitive creatures that were created to be human, at first had no knowledge, skills, or culture of any kind—so they lived in caves, in the dark, in constant fear for their lives. Zeus, the tyrannical king of the gods, decided to destroy them, but Prometheus, a Titan whose name meant “forethought,” out of his "philanthropos tropos" or “humanity-loving character” gave them two empowering, life-enhancing, gifts: fire, symbolizing all knowledge, skills, technology, arts, and science; and “blind hope” or optimism. The two went together—with fire, humans could be optimistic; with optimism, they could use fire constructively, to improve the human condition.
Some stufs about philanthropy is that some people doesn’t feel to make a good for people, they confused to be generos but they only make themselves a good image.
